To commission a portrait please add your desired choice to the cart. Your digital images need to be attached to an email sales@carponcanvas.co.uk.
Alternatively you can post your order by downloading a printable order form here, enclosing your photographs and 50% deposit (cheque / postal order made payable to 'furniture4wall') and post to Carp on Canvas, 34 Church Lane, Stoke, Coventry, CV2 4AZ.
