When do I pay?

A 50% deposit will be required when the commission is placed. The balance will be required after the painting has been previewed.

Can I change any of the features?

Yes. Before the painting is shipped you will be sent a preview at this point you can change any feature of the painting

Can I send a digital print?

Yes. You can send a digital file on disk with your printable order form or images can be email direct to sales@carponcanvas.co.uk.

When will I receive my painting?

Four weeks after we have received your 50% deposit

How will my painting be shipped?

By Royal Mail special delivery

How do I place an order?

Orders are placed by adding your chosen products to a basket and following prompts to pay. We also accept orders by telephone or by post

Can I make secure payments?

Yes we accept secure online payments via Paypal.com. We can also accept card payments over the phone or a cheque in the post.

Which country can we ship to?

Worldwide. Email us for shipping costs.
